Loop 49 Evaluation Survey Welcome to the Loop 49 / Tyler Transportation Survey! Tyler area travelers are invited to participate in a short survey being conducted by the Texas Transportation Institute at Texas A&M University for the Texas Department of Transportation. Please take a moment to share with us your thoughts and opinions on Tyler's Loop 49. The results of this survey will be used to help guide future toll road planning in the Tyler area. Your answers on the survey will be confidential. This survey should take 10 minutes to complete. Note, you will NOT be asked all questions. The total number of questions will depend upon your answers. This research study has been reviewed by the Institutional Review Board - Human Subjects in Research, Texas A&M University.
